Recruitly

A password alone no longer gets into Recruitly

From today, two-factor sign-in is mandatory for every account. Each sign-in needs your password and a 6-digit code from your phone.

Every way you sign in, with your password, an email code, Google or Microsoft, now also needs the code from your phone. Only then can you reach your candidates, clients, jobs, deals, placements and email. Someone with only your stolen password is blocked, and five wrong codes pause sign-in for fifteen minutes.

Your account holds your candidates' CVs, your clients' details and your deals. Last week a cyberattack shut a major recruitment platform down for days. Stolen passwords are how most attacks start, and a code from your phone stops them.

What you need to do

1  Install Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.

2  Sign in and scan the QR code we show you. It takes a minute.

3  Save your 10 recovery codes somewhere safe.

Recruitly will never ask for your password or a code. Anyone who does is not us.
